Meet Tyler
My name is Tyler McFadden.
I am a lifelong Georgetown resident, running for Town Council in Ward 4.
I have called Georgetown home for my entire life. I am the son of a factory worker, with a family that instilled the value of hard-work, and the idea of giving more than you have.
That's why I love public service.
I grew up in a town where the streets once bustled with kids, life was more affordable, and local agriculture was strong.
I want to bring it back.
I care about this community as much as the kids I hope to teach as an aspiring educator. I will be the first councillor elected from Georgetown South, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the council table, shaped through my time helping out MPPs, studying political science, history, sociology, and of course, growing up in this community.

Hosting town halls, knocking on doors, and coming directly to you to hear your concerns, explain my decisions, and using my experience to effectively lead and represent our community.

Voting Online
Online voting is available in this election from:
Friday, October 9 at 9:00am until
Saturday, October 24 at 11:59 p.m.
To vote online you must first opt-in.
Visit Vote2026.haltonhills.ca between Tuesday, September 1 at 9:00 a.m. and Saturday, October 24 at 6:00 p.m. to register.

Voting In-Person
Election day is Monday, October 26, 2026 from 10:00am until 8:00pm.
If voting in-person on election day:
